Rents paid are non-refundable. Payment terms are as follows: $1000.00 due upon reservation with the balance partly due in January 2010, part in June 2010 and remaining balance in full due upon arrival. These payment terms may be negotiated if needed. This home is also available for rent throughout the year with different terms.
