The Sturgis Rally Virtual Mall DOES NOT endorse or recommend any particular CampGround or Event during the Sturgis Rally.
We are simply providing a convenient means where folks can order their reservation or tickets online.
The monies collected from you (minus handling fees) are turned over to the owners of the campground. ALL complaints, concerns, problems or other, MUST be dealt with by the CampGround owners or Event sponsors. If THEY determine that you are entitled to a refund, we will also refund our percentage to you, the consumer LESS A 5% PROCESSING FEE OF THE TOTAL PRICE.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT DETERMINE REFUND POLICIES OF ANY TICKETS OR RESERVATIONS THAT YOU PLACE HERE WITHIN THIS ONLINE STORE. PROBLEMS MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS OF THE CAMPGROUNDS AND OR EVENTS.

Every year there is someone, somewhere that will be VERY UNHAPPY. They will be unhappy with the service, the environment and/or some other aspect of their experience. Whether they have a legitimate complaint or not www.Sturgis-Rally.com, BlackHills.com or any of our employees, agents or persons acting on our behalf WILL NOT determine if they are entitled to a refund.

We also do not act on behalf of any person lodging the complaint. ALL PROBLEM RESOLUTION MUST BE HANDLED BETWEEN THE CAMPGROUND OR EVENT PRODUCERS. WE WILL NOT SIDE WITH EITHER PARTY. ANY OUTCOME MUST BE DETERMINED BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE CAMPGROUND OR EVENT PRODUCER.

If you are in question about any campground or event, then ask around to others that maybe know more. There are various messageboards and forums on the internet (not just this web site) that have lots of folks that are ready and willing to give you their opinion about various aspects of the Sturgis Rally and it's vendors, campgrounds and events.

PLEASE DO NOT ask us for our opinion as to any campground or event. It would be very unprofessional for us to recommend any one place or event or another.
